Why did you choose Superb as the Guest Experience Management platform for Iluka? 

As chef at Iluka, I need information delivered clearly, simply and quickly. Superb is perfect at doing just that. 

The platform is very user friendly, clean and elegant. And all of the information is there. I can look up what country guests are coming from, how many people have come in, what time – even in blocks. It’s a very simple, easy to understand platform. 

GXM is a platform that has so many of the same values as Iluka. It feels very organic and very natural. Superb’s reservation system is the first interaction with our guests and the platform doesn’t lose their attention. It’s very easy to book and see which dates are available, what’s not available and the waitlist. 

It’s very user-friendly. And we’ve set it up in a way that helps us prevent no-shows on our busiest nights. We take credit card details for everyone to make sure we don’t lose the money.
